Pembroke Dock Harlequins play all of their home games at the Bierspool Ground located on London
Road just off Waterloo roundabout. The Bierspool Ground has a seated capacity of 108 but with a terrace added on to the clubhouse
and space around the pitch there is room for many more spectators.
The Ground has two pitches the main pitches and a training pitch occaisionally used for matches.
Aswell as being used for rugby the main pitch is also used for the annual carnival.
The Ground has many facilities including four changing rooms with communal showers, function
hall with bar and stage and a clubhouse divided into an eating area and a bar with a large projection screen.
The Clubhouse
The clubhouse is focal point on a saturday afternoon, after a match.
Players can eat their meal and have a drink while enjoying a game of pool or darts or watching a six nations match on the
recently installed projection screen. The club house is divided in to two sections the bar area
and the eating area. The bar area has many amenities including a pool table, dart board, jukebox and projection screen. In
the eating a kitchen where the players post match meals are cooked and seating area with tables can be found along
with past and present team photographs hung up on the wall.
The Function Hall
The function hall is used to hold events from birthday parties to wedding receptions.
Inside the hall there is a fully functional bar and a dance floor next to the stage. There is also seating areas
surrounding this. Ajoined to the function hall is kitchen enabling food to be prepeared and stored ready for an event. The
function hall has a capacity of 250 people. The function hall has been most recently used as the venue for the live band
parties to raise money for the tour to Malta.
